Job Duties and Expectations

• Maintaining client’s properties to company standards.
• Mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, leaf clean up, snow blowing, fertilizing, irrigation maintenance, weed spraying, shrub trimming, and other miscellaneous task
• Working 4-6 days per week 8-10 hours per day
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Speaking with clients on occasion
• Driving with trailer occasionally
• Performing all jobs assigned
• On-Call during the winter
